Deputy District Attorney Monica Robinson takes us through a stepwise overview of how to write, obtain and execute search warrants. The class covers when you need a search warrant, the ACO’s role, working with your local DA and law enforcement, timing requirements, and the chain of evidence. She also describes common mistakes and touches on civil liability for ACOs.
